輥筒輸送線的主要工作部件設計

When the speed is reduced to the set value, the brake block also resets under the action of the spring force and loses the braking effect.

在設計過程曾考慮過采用外置式阻尼輥筒,但這種外置式阻尼輥筒置在公司中用的不少,而且有一定的缺陷,外置的穩定性是它的一個最不穩定的因素。所以綜上原因,采用內置式阻尼輥筒。內置式阻尼輥筒實用性和簡易性相對提高了不少。更加適用於大多數的重力輥道輸送線的阻尼裝置。
